You can find the base price and serving sizes for our custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes here. 

*Adding fillings, designs, fondant, or choosing a specialty flavor incurs additional charges.

ORDERING

Cake, cookie or cupcake requests made on our website are not confirmed until you are contacted by baked'nsconed directly and a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is collected. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Venmo payments. 

Any requests made on our website need a minimum of fourteen (14) days advance notice, we have 48 hours to confirm your order with you and move forward. The earlier you can contact us about a cake, cookie or cupcake order, the better! You can also place orders by calling (512) 222- 5200.

REFUNDS

Any refunds given on custom orders need to be requested within 24 hours of picking up your order. Refunds will be given as store credit only, no cash/credit card refunds and the amount of refund is at the discretion of baked'nsconed. 

CANCELLATION 

We understand that plans change and events don't always go as planned.  We will help make adjustments when possible. You can call (512) 222-5200 to make changes or cancel your order.

If cancelled 7 days before your event, you will receive 75% of what you have paid as store credit. If cancelled 3-6 days before your event, you will receive 50% of what you have paid as store credit. Any cancellations with less than 3 days notice will not be eligible for a refund.

VARIANCES IN YOUR CAKE

Because every cake, cookie and  cupcake order is custom at baked'nsconed, we expect to be informed of all design requests including colors, designs, messages written on cakes, border colors, etc. If you have a specific color request, please provide a color swatch and we will get as close as possible. Variations in color, design and details can occur and will not result in a refund of store credit.

LIABILITY

If you have any issues with your cake, cookie or cupcake order upon receiving it, please let us know immediately and we will do what we can to make it right with you. Once the order is picked up and leaves our store, we are no longer responsible. If left outside or in the heat, your cake, cookies or cupcakes have the possibility to melt and decorations can slide. Most cakes, cupcakes or cookies can be left in cool temperatures for up to 3 hours, however whipped frosting cakes or cupcakes need to remain refrigerated until the time of your event. If your cake, cookie or cupcake order is damaged during transport by you after you have left our store, we cannot take it back as it is against Food Safety laws that we abide by. In the event of damages after the order has left our store, it is not eligible for a refund of store credit.
