Tiffany Anders is a graduate of Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale Arizona. She received her degree in Culinary Arts and Sciences and Restaurant Management in October of 2002. This prestigious school also awarded Tiffany a degree in Le Cordon Blue of Culinary Arts. Tiffany graduated in the top of her class and was frequently recognized for her creativity and artistry with her required elements. She is especially talented in her pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
Upon graduation, Tiffany served her internship at the McAllen Country Club where she met Chef Marcel. Under his guidance and expertise, Tiffany became Chef Marcel’s sous chef. Together they opened Bistro M, a European Bistro restaurant; Where she worked for ten years before finally deciding to follow her true passion of pastry and dessert preparation.
Tiffany is now the Executive Sconologist for baked'n sconed, a concept she developed to pursue her passion for baking. She has a plethora of sconetastic recipes, a variety of pastries and baked goods including creative, whimsical cakes in her portfolio to choose from.
